Shipping
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders below that have a flat $6 shipping fee.
How are live plants packed?
+
Plants travel in breathable, plastic-free packaging with their soil secured, so they arrive upright, hydrated and ready for their new home.
Can I track my order?
+
Yes. Sign in and open My account to see every order and its current status, from paid to shipped to delivered.
Returns
What if my plant arrives damaged?
+
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the plant or refund you — no need to send it back.
Can I return soil, tools or planters?
+
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact info@terraorganics.shop to start a return.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through secure PayPal checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Is checkout secure?

Yes. Prices and totals are checked on our servers, and an order is only marked paid after PayPal confirms the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Will I get a receipt?

Yes — a receipt is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through, and the order is always available in My account.
Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. Enter your code at checkout and the discount is applied before payment.
Plant care
How do I know which plant suits my home?
+
Every product page has a care card showing light, watering, difficulty and whether the plant is pet-safe. You can also ask Fern, our plant assistant.
What should I do when my plant arrives?

Unbox it right away, place it in indirect light and let it settle for a few days before repotting. Water only if the top of the soil feels dry.
Which plants are safe for cats and dogs?

See our cat-safe plants collection — every plant there is non-toxic to pets.
Can I get watering reminders?

Yes. Add plants to My plants in your account and we'll show you when each one is due for water.
